Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. I’m Ari, a licensed marriage and family therapist with specialized training in adolescent and LGBTQIA+ mental health. Periods of transition — whether in adolescence, early adulthood, or later moments of identity exploration — are often marked by intense change, self-doubt, and shifting relationships. Therapy can offer a space to slow down and make sense of what’s happening. Using a collaborative, strengths-based approach, I support clients with identity exploration, improving relationships with themselves and others, building resilience, and much more.
